
GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY FOR RECOVERY OF FUELS FROM SOLID WASTE:
The Gasification (Plasma Conversion) of organic material is performed by separating it from inorganic material, this advance is the most highly efficient alternative to treat Municipal and Hazardous Waste solids, eliminating them in a clean manner, and virtually no emissions of pollutant gases due to the high temperatures that convert organic material into a plasma, free of environmental risks.
For this reason, the treatment and optimization of sanitary landfills is especially favored, in projects of urgent execution due to the environmental consequences of their current operation and to lengthen their useful life period, which is rapidly extinguished in the majority of populated centers of Latin America.
The HIGH ENERGY PLASMA GASIFICATION technology offers a solution for the total elimination of hazardous Biological, Industrial Waste (HAZW) and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) by converting it into a Clean Synthetic Gas (Clean SynGas).

– COMPLIANCE WITH NEW ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS,
– HIGH COSTS FOR EXPANSION OF EXISTING LANDFILLS
– NEED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW FILLINGS.
The basic product of the process is Clean Synthetic Gas (Clean SynGas), from which electrical energy and/or other by-products such as: Methanol, Ethanol, Ethylene, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Ammonia, Gasoline, Naphtha, Synthetic Waxes are produced; complying with the most demanding world standards: policies, laws and procedures required by international, state and governmental agencies that protect the environment.

THE SOLUTION TO BE IMPLEMENTED CONSISTS IN SOLID WASTE APPROVAL PLANTS, WITH CAPACITIES OF BETWEEN 10 AND 2,000 Ton/day:
-Sanitary Landfills: from 150 to 2,000 tons/day of MSW (Receives HAZW and Emissions of Gases such as Methane, or liquids such as contaminating Leachate).
-HAZW disposition: from 10 to 150 Ton /day of HAZW (Receives MSW)
-Decontamination of areas with residues with a high carbon content (excess coal washing, tanks and flocks from hydrocarbon exploitation).
The technology used is based on high energy Lasers, which produce the heat necessary for the evaporation of material (Gasification) within large capacity reactors, so NO separation is required at the source.
